Incomplete received e-mails

I am unable to receive my daughters e-mails in full. I
only receive 8 lines and they cease mid word -
mid sentence. She is sending them from Nepal and other
receipients using the same ISP and various others are
getting theirs complete.I am using Outlook 2002 and do not
have this problem with other senders as far as I know.
(have not received any large e-mails from other sources)
Other people are sending me her complete e-mails and I
receive them OK. What is stopping me receiving these
complete on direct transmission? It is causing me some
distress. Her e-mails are usually nearly an A4 page in
length.Can you please help as I have tried all the avenues
I know. In hopeful expectation. Bob Wyborn

Does the mail show up complete when you check them with your webbased
mailclient provided by your ISP?
