Incompatibility with Front Page

I am unable to publish my website via FP2002 with the
Spyware running.

I need to shut it down to publish.
 
I do not have this problem with FP2002 (XP)... This note is just for
reference. There must be a combination of things on your computer, and not
necessarily either NAS or FP2002 that is creating this problem...
