Incomming email hour alway off by 1 hour too early

My incomming email on Outlook always shows the hour received one hour earlier
than correct time. I reset my new Toshiba L355 to show the correct PST time
and date. Is there a way to set the correct time on Outlook?

Did you also set the correct daylight time for your area?

Messages downloaded when the time was wrong can't be updated but if the
computer time is correct the new messages should use the correct time. If
not, the problem is with the mail server.

There appears to be a mismatch in the DST settings, either between Outlook's
Calendar and your PC or between your PC and your mail server.
