Incoming message sounds

Hi out there,
I have just upgraded to outlook 2003. In the past I have always had a sound
play when I get new mail but it seems it doesn't work in 2003.
I've got it ticked to "play a sound when new messages arrive" I have checked
that there is a sound set to play, and yet - nothing.
This is also happening on all other pc's with outlook 2003. No more incoming
message sounds?
Can anyone help me out with this as I really rely on this function as I work
from home and don't have to keep going to my pc to check for emails.

It works for me. It's in Tools... Options... Email
options... Advanced. There's a check box to play a sound,
and it works for me.

I have a question for you. When you are reading a message
and you click the Print button on the toolbar, does it
present a dialog box for you to click or does it just
print the message?
