Incoming mail

Receiving incoming e-mail is a big problem.

My POP3 incoming mail server fails almost all the time fails to log into the
server. My set-ups are correct. It's as if there is something blocking port
110. Tests with Earthlink and Microsoft indicate that it's not a problem
with Outlook 2002 or the Earthlink server.

Help.
