I have Outlook 2003

I have not changed any settings, but suddenly all incoming

Grateful for any help.

The Unread folder is not a real folder. It's a search folder that merely
shows new messages no matter what folder they're in . It also shows what
folder they ARE in. So, where does the Unread folder say your messages
reside?

As Brian wrote, there isn't any built in "unread" folder. Either you're
looking in your Search Folders (there's a built in "Unread" query there) or
your view is set to show you only unread messages in your Inbox. Regardless,
unless you have a rule set to move your messages somewhere else, they're in
your Inbox if they're downloaded at all.....take a look at your view
settings.
