incoming mail format - 2

hi,
i want to set all my incoming mails to rich-text format
(because i want to edit incoming mails but i mustn't used
right-click&edit. i have to edit my incoming mails
directly ).
i can set the mails that i sent but i want to set
incoming mails. thanks for your help.
