Incoming emails go straight to trash, why?

We recenting starting using the Junk Mail feature, but now all mail not just
those that were sent to junk mail go to the Trash bin. I need help in
changing this. What have I done wrong.

It is possible that the problem you are running into is caused from a rule.
Locate one of the emails you wish to not be put into the trash bin (deleted
items).

Right click on the email, and choose create rule
If there is a rule for that email, which is normally classified by the name
of the user, it will show up. Under the 'Do the following section', notice
the 'Move e-mail to folder', you can click 'Select Folder ...' and choose
which folder you wish for emails from that person to be placed in.
