Incoming email assigned to wrong email account

I am using Outlook 2003. I have two email accounts (e-mail address removed) and (e-mail address removed). I’ve been using Outlook for years with the (e-mail address removed) address. I just recently added the (e-mail address removed) address. I’ve figured out how to set which email account an email will be sent from, so the receiver will see (e-mail address removed) or (e-mail address removed), depending on which email account I select. My problem is, when someone sends an email to (e-mail address removed) from a third account ((e-mail address removed)), the email is always assigned to the (e-mail address removed) account.

There are two ways I know this is happening. One, if I hit reply, Outlook will use the (e-mail address removed) signature. Two, I added a field to the inbox that lists the E-mail Account associated with each email and I can see it is (e-mail address removed).

Below, I've pasted the headers for two emails that I sent from my (e-mail address removed) account to the two accounts in outlook. I've underlined the only thing that jumps out at me as strange in the second header. It says that the email is received for the A.com domain even though the email was sent to (e-mail address removed). Could this be part of the problem?

Next, I am going to paste information found by double clicking on the name in the To: field of EITHER of the emails above. This brings up the Properties dialog. The following information is on the "E-Mail Addresses" tab:

SMTP:[email protected]
X400:c=US;a= ;p=BELECT;o=Exchange;s=LastName;g=FirstName;
smtp:[email protected]
smtp:[email protected]

I really think that my problem has something to do with this. This information is the same for both emails, even though the emails were sent to two different addresses!!

Any ideas?

Also, we are using Microsoft Exchange Server. Does that bit of info make any bells ring?

Thanks!
Marcia
