IncludeText Help!!

What I'm attempting to do:
~ I have ten separate documents
~ Trying to make it so I have one master document (using includetext fields)
to update one document and then have the changes save to the individual
documents.
~ Each separate document being an includtext field on the master document.

What I'm Experiencing:
~ If I go into the master document to make a change to one of the
includetext fields and ctrl->shift->F7 to save to the separate document, all
or part of the other includetext fields (therefore some of the other
documents) from the master document save to the separate individual documents.

When pressing Ctrl+Shift+F7, make sure not to select anything; just leave
the insertion point blinking in the field whose contents you have modified.
