Auto Archiving/Saving Document

R

Randy

I have ten individual documents that are updated by users other than myself,
through one central document utilizing includetext fields.

Once changes have been made to the central document and are saved to the
individual documents, I would like to be able to save (automatically) a copy
of the individual documents to another location so I always have a back-up
copy of the most current documents.

Thoughts.......ideas.......suggestions?
Thanks,
Randy

If your IT department cannot provide the help you require then it seems
counter productive for them to block the FAQ sites that can do their job for
them.
