Include Info

I havea customer who needs to update very basic info on the website..

My idea was to give them a txt file to update the info and then upload so
that they could change that portion of the site..

Is this the best way to go?

In theory that may work, until they break something then you'll have to
fix it.
Includes would be the way to go.

Personally, I wouldn't trust any of my customers to do anything the way
I tell them to ... but I guess it could be looked at as a form of job
security (mine) :-)
