Include Component Not working

I've had this problem before but I can't remember how I corrected it. For
some reason, when I use the include component, it is not working on the
published website but I can see it working on frontpage. I seem to remember
having to show all files and deleting some correupted files.

Any Ideas?

Just to add more facts on this sistuation....
I can include a footer on each of my pages but I can't include a header on
any of the pages.

Never mind, I figured it out.
Some how a script was inserted that messed up the Include Component.
Thanks anyway.
