Inbox slow problem

Hi All,

I have an Exchange 5.5 with 100 users. The problem is that only one
Recipient have problem with only the Inbox folder.

To read new messages in this folder is too slow, same if I view the
folder preferences. If I show a read item the perfomance is good. I
have good performance with other folders.

I did test with Outook 98, 2000, XP and 2003 and I have the same
problem. Slow connection when I open a new item on Inbox folder only.

Please Help me .....

How big is this mailbox? How many items in the inbox?
