inbox problem

Please could someone tell me,why when I'm clicking on an individual email 5
or 6 get highlighted , have I pressed something I shouldnt, it is really
annoying.

Hi, normally this happens when the shift button is also being pressed at the
same time. I would check the 'shift' button is not sticking to rule this out.

What version of Outlook are you using? You might check and make sure you
have the right mouse drivers.
