Inbox messages go directly to archive

Having an issue with one machine. New messages come in to
the inbox then immediately go to the archive. This machine
is setup just like all other in our company (@400) We've
checked every setting we can think of. Any thoughts out
there?
 
Checked the default delivery location in the Account Settings?
