Inbox message not deleting

Hi there,
I have the following message displayed in my inbox and can’t delete the
message….
“Message could not be displayedâ€
When I tried to delete it, it says “unknown error occurredâ€.
How can I get this to delete?

Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a computer
that is running Windows Vista

It also works on other folders.

Do not reply with email

I have the latest update and that did not help the above problem

Any further ideas?

That isn't an update. If you've used it before turn off email scanning in
your anti-virus and use it again.

I recommend you upgrade to the newer Windows Live Mail:
