Does anyone know what this means? I cannot find the an
article.

Also, how can I turn on "boot" loggin to see where/what is
causing this error?

To resolve the issue, reference the following article:

257813 Using Sysprep May Result in "Stop 0x7b (Inaccessible Boot Device)" on
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=257813

You may not have used Sysprep but the article explains the 0xC000000E status
code.
