More than likely, the motherboard that you replaced with uses a different
chipset, and is different enough to not be compatible with the existing plug
and play device tree.
To resolve this, I would perform an "in-place" upgrade. This will retain
your software and data, but rebuild the PnP device tree, HAL, etc.
