Hello Jose,

There are a number of things that can cause a STOP 0x0000007B. Take a look
at the following articles...
287043 "STOP 0x0000007B: INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE" Error Message When You
Start
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=287043
324103 HOW TO: Troubleshoot "Stop 0x0000007B" Errors in Windows XP
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=324103

NOTE: The second article was designed for Windows XP but a STOP 0x0000007B
is pretty much the same no matter the operating system. The gist of it is
that for some reason we can't understand the layout of your drive so we are
putting up a STOP to prevent accidental damage to your system.

I too had this problem; the system would boot up fine when
I used the old mobo. I figured it was a precautionary
measure on Win2K's part and backed up to a spare drive
before zapping the partition on my intended boot drive and
reinstalling.
