I recently purchased new software called Music Studio
Organizer. The program is suppose to run on either a MAc
or under post windows 95 computers. When I try to install
the software on my XP loading computer I get a error
message that windows cannot open this file, windows needs
to know who created this file. The software people at
Music Studio Organizer say they have a problem
with "some" computers running XP and they will just
refund my money if I can't get it to runon XP. Is there
any work around to this problem. AS usual, Microsoft is
of no help.
Thanks

Please explain in detail why MS should support Music Studio?

Get the refund before they change their minds.

They admit they have a problem with their software. Why would you say that
"as usual, Microsoft is of no help"? WHY SHOULD THEY BE?

Do you go to a GM dealership when you have problems with your Pinto? Do you
also complain when they can't help you?

Get a life!
