Inability to access Internet under Limited Account

Everything had been working fine 3 computers networking
through a NetGear Hard Wired box.
Suddently 2 weeks ago the kids on our 2 XP computers
could no longer access the internet or there MSN hotmail
accounts. I had no trouble. Switched all of them to
Administrator account type and they can now get on.
If I switch the back to limited account they get cut off
again. How do I switch them back to limited and still
leave there access to the internet and e-mails.

You can make them members of the Power Users group. They
will have more rights than when they had a Limited
account but at least they would not be Administrators.
Go to START, RUN, type in: control userpasswords2
Click on the account you wish to change,
click on the PROPERTIES button,
Then click on the GROUP MEMBERSHIP button.
