IN Windows XP Language setting

I got a Laptop from Taiwan but it is showing Windows XP in
Chineese langague i want to change it to English Language
how to change Please help to resolve this. Waiting for the
reply .

One cannot upgrade from one language version of Windows
to another language version. You'll need to purchase the
"Full English Version" of Windows XP Professional, reformat
your drive and install the new version "clean".
