can you hepl me for the language in window XP HOME

i'm sorry if i post wrong
i have a dialog ,i undestant it but i don't know way to fix it.
it is "setup can not update your Windows XP because the language installed
on your system is different from the update language"
i 'm using German anh i want change to english

You can not change Windows XP from German to English.
If you want Windows XP in English, you need to buy Windows XP in English.

You can not change the language by doing an upgrade install.

The only way to change the language is to format the hard drive and do
a clean install.
