Using Access 2K in Terminal Server enviorment.

Created DispatchBoard.mde file and put in each users directory.
User in Directory D3 attempted to login and got cant open file in use by
admin.
User in Directory D2 is able to get into application without issues.

D2 has application open and is processing. I'm looking at directory, via
windows exployer, but do not see any ldb file which I would have expected to
see???

Any ideas on why D3 would not be able to open the file and why I am not
seeing an ldb on a mde file that is in use in Directory D3? I normally use
mdb files.

Thanks in advance for any direction you may be able to lead me.

You don't see the ldb file, because the user doesn't have windows
permission to create a file in that folder. Give them create permission
on the folder where the backend is located.
