IN TROUBLE!!!!!

FOR SOME REASON MY DESKTOP HAS DECIDED THAT I ONLY NEED
TO SEE ABOUT 1/3 OF IT, BUT MY ICONS ARE STILL VISIBLE
ACROSS THE WHOLE THING. WHAT HAPPENED & HOW DO I FIX IT?
EVEN RESETTING MY THEME DOESNT WORK. OTHER USERS DESKTOP
IS FINE. HELP!!!!!!

have you tried changing the resolution and refresh rates
to a different setting and see if it looks ok in the new
resolution?
If it does, try changing the resolution back and see if
it does the same thing.
If that doesn't solve the problem, then I'm at a loss for
now, but will continue to think of something.
Have you installed any new software or drivers?
