Theme Problem

Hi - I am having trouble applying themes in Vista. I have two user accounts
set up. I am using third party software to do it (Desktop Architect). I can
use Desktop Architect just fine to apply the theme on the main user's
desktop. However, when I try to use Desktop Architect to apply the theme on
the other user's desktop, every thing in the theme shows up fine (icons) but
the desktop background picture doesn't show up. It's just black. I found
out that I can fix this by right clicking on the desktop, selecting
Personalize, then Themes and then select My Current Theme and clicking on
apply. After that, the picture shows up just fine. However, I want to use
Desktop Architect alone to change the theme on both users desktops. I don't
know why it works fine for one but not the other. Any ideas? Any help would
be appreciated. Thanks!

I'd be willing to bet that the developers of Desktop Architect can tell you
exactly why things are happening the way they are, and supply advice for
correcting the situation, if it can be corrected.

It doesn't look like DA is even supported any more.

Hi - Thanks for taking time to reply. Desktop Architect was freeware to
begin with and it's an older program so I think you are right in that it's
not supported any more. Any other ideas since I can't talk to the DA people?
Thanks.

Hi - Thanks for your reply. It was installed on the main profile but I can
access it on the other one fine. The only problem is when I applied the
theme on the second profile it makes a black screen until I go through the
steps I mentioned in my original post. I would like to be able to use
Desktop Architect without using the extra steps. Any ideas? Thanks!
