In Outlook, one e-mail repeatedly returns

Hello,

In my outlook program, one e-mail I received keeps being sent to me. In the
past 24 hours, the same message has been delivered to my in box at least 500
times. Do you know what this is, and how to fix it?

What version of Outlook do you have, and what sort of account? If you have
a POP account, do you have the "leave messages on the server" option set?
