In Outlook how do I change default Word open from "Reading View"

When I open a Word file from Outlook (double click on the Word attachment)
the default view is "Reading View".
As Reading View really needs to be renamed "Unreadable View" I would really
like to change the default to Print View or Normal.
How do you change the default?
