When opening word attachments How do I change the default from re.

Whenever I open an attachment that is Microsoft Word, it opens in reading
view. How can I change the default to normal or print layout views?

Dear Terry,

a simple search with Microsoft office's assistant brought uo the following:

"Prevent reading layout view from opening automatically when you receive a
Word document in e-mail: On the Tools menu, click Options, click the General
tab, and then clear the Allow starting in Reading Layout check box."
