Default view when opening word documents in Outlook 2003

When opening an Outlook 2003 word attachment it opens in 'Reading Layout' but
I want the default to be 'Normal'. The view in Word 2003 is set to normal and
when opening directly from word they open ok.

Still a Word option and not one in Outlook
Tools-> Options-> tab General-> allow starting in Reading Layout
