In outlook 2003 I can send e-mail but not recieve

I've set up an outlook account in Outlook 2003 and it worked fine for a
couple of weeks. Now when recieving new messages it is asking me for a
password, but it is not accepting my password. I went to view or change
existing accounts to change the password. But when I hit "Test Account
Settings," it asks for the password and doesn't accept the password that I
just typed in. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. Please help!
 
Are you sure that you are using the correct password? If you have web
access to that account try signing in using the same account/password info.
