In Outlook 2002, how do I get the preview pane next to inbox ?

I'm using Outlook 2002. The preview panel appears below inbox (arranged
vertically) and I want to move it beside the inbox (arranged horizontally).
There is no option in the 'View' menu to re-arrange the preview panel. Can
it be done?

If I remember right OL2002's Preview Pane couldn't be moved. It wasn't until
OL2003 that you can move it to different orientations
