Change the view in Outlook 2002 to look like the view in Outlook 2

Hi there,
I have upgraded a user to Outlook 2002, however in doing so she seems to
have lost the ability to view All mail folders/inbox list and e-mail preview
all at the same time. The format preferred is

Favourite Folders Inbox Arranged by Date Message Preview

All Mail Folders

Outlook Bar

NB: The page is organised into 3 columns, with the first column being split
into 3 sections (one below another).

I have a screen dump of the view I am trying to achieve if you would like to
see it.

I have tried all sorts of views in Outlook 2002 but have had no luck.

Thanks

Outlook 2002 does not support such a view - only Outlook 2003 has the
Favorite folders and all mail folders.
