In Help and Support, I view, Cannot display the page

Hi Meadow,
Are your "cookies" set too high, e.g. to maximum privacy levels.
Try reducing to medium and retry to reach 'help & support'.
If you have anti virus program set to with hold private information, that
can be enough to prevent contact with a web site.
