XP Help and Support Error

Getting the following erroe message when I try and drill into windows help and support

Cannot display the page
The page you are trying to view cannot be displayed. This may be because:
If you are trying to view this content over the network, there may be network congestion or a problem with your connection.
There might be an error in the page's address.
The page might not be available.
Please check your network connection or try another page.

This error seems to have crept in after I ugraded to ADSL internet from dialup internet

Any help appreciated

I would try deleting all of my network connections and re-
run the new connection wizard again.
