In Excel Sheet any digit repeat

In Excel Sheet

When I Enter A Number For Example 525179.in A12 Cell.

Next I Enter a Numbers again 525179 In A50 Cell.

Then This Cell Hilight Or Color chang And Or Change.
 
Select column A and enter following formula to conditional formatting and set colors

=COUNTIF($A:$A,A1)>1
