IN BackUp where can I find OE ?

I backed up My Computer.
I seem to have everything except my Outlook Express files.
Where would they be hiding?
I had to re install XP, and of course it wiped everything out.
But I had backed up everything with a program.
I really need some things in my email, also my address book.
thanks for any help.
OS XP, PC, OE6.0 IE6.0
