Impossible to uninstall IE7b2

I have now tried twice to uninstall IE7b2. The first time, the
uninstaller got hung up when it said "Removing Registry Entries." It sat
there for four hours before I got tired of it and terminated the
installer. When I rebooted, Windows Explorer had vanished, and I had to
restore from Norton Ghost. The second time, it got stuck in the same
place. Fortunately, I had made a restore point, and I backed the changes
out successfully.

There has to be some way of getting this software off my machine without
pulling everything down along with it. Moreover, my newsreader is
showing that there is no proper newsgroup in which to *complain* about
it; the only IE7 newsgroup on news.microsoft.com is in German.

So, where do I go? Who can help me fix this?

the uninstaller is probably on your system. Search for ie7 or beta and you
will likely find the uninstaller, click on it and you will be reverted to
ie6. be sure to select show hidden files n system files via your folde
options

Not if you are using the Yahoo customized IE7b2. That version cannot be
uninstalled or upgraded to beta 3.
