Impossible to undo in Outlook?

Someone clicked on one of the "Do not show this option again" prompts on a
public computer. I would like to get it back, does anyone know how to do
this?

It depends on what they were being asked if they wanted to see again.

What option/choice for the user was it? What was prompting them for an
answer?
 
They are creating a new folder in the inbox. When the new folder is created
and the user clicks the OK button, there should be a prompt asking if the
user wants a shortcut to the folder added to the Outlook bar. The prompt also
gives them an option to check not to ask again.
