I try to import from exel but instead of getting the info into the proper
feilds I get more contacts ie. contacts with only email, then only city ect.
I want to group feilds into one contact then move onto the next

ARe these custom fields? Outlook does not support importing custom fields
natively.

Try this - export a few contacts from Outlook to Excel. Compare Outlook's
file to yours and massage yours accordingly. Then try the import.

I am having the same problem importing contacts from Excel to Outlook. I
tried your tip, to export to Excel. I have to go to Default Map, and it
exported the complete contacts, but that doesn't work for importing. Any
other ideas?
