how do I import cliant list from exel to contact in Outlook

I have just istalled Office 2007 and would like to import my client date base
from Exel to contacts in Outlook. Any help would be great.
 
In Outlook select File, Import and Export, Next, Excel, Next, etc.

To add to Castell's advice, make sure that if it's a speadsheet from which
you're importing, that you name the range properly.

I saved my file in exel as a CSV, I believe I have entered the Name range
correctly, however when I do the transfare the only thing that shows up is
the city and categories all other fields are blank.

I have figured out how to use Map custom fields and it worked.
