Simply create a "named range" in Excel covering all the rows and columns you
want to import (including the header row) - then use Outlook's standard
import engine. This assumes you have all the proper import/export filters
installed on your system.

Thanks, Karl. I've tried to do this, (after several
hours of naming the columns individually. Sorry, but I
still really don't know how to do this. The information
in my columns matches the fields in Outlook Contacts.
But I still don't understand defining the name/names.
When I hit import, I get this list, and then I have to
drag the definitions over. It did transfer some data, but
not correctly.
Any clarification would be great.
