importing pics from file

I do a monthly slide show of about three hundred slides.
I select the pis for the slides in a file that can contain
700-1000 pics. This process takes forever. Iwould like to
know how to insert the entire file of pics at one time.
If I can I cuold then sort and delete the slides without
having to click insert , picture fom file, then search
past slides I don't want or have already inserted. Please
help me, my current time to create a slide show is about
30 hours.

You'll probably save yourself about 20 hours per month if you use the Image
Importer Wizard. You'll find it at http://www.mvps.org/skp/iiw.htm. It's
outstanding and has many extra features.
