Importing Palm info into Outlook

I am trying to find out if I can import all my data,
including addresses, calender and notes from my Palm M505
into Outlook and use Outlook for all my organization.
Does anyone know if this is possible to do?

During Palm install you must choose conduit (palm desktop or Outlook) if
already installed to desktop, re-install and choose Outlook.
Very simple stuff actually.
