Importing Outlook Express 6 messages and address book to Windows M

Hi,

Just got a new PC with Vista and Windows Mail after 10 years with Windows 98
SE and Outlook Express (the old one seems to have "died.") Can anyone direct
me to or give me info on how to import my emails and address book (!) from
the old computer into Windows Mail (I am attempting to have a technician save
the emails and address book from the Outlook Express on the old computer onto
a flash drive).
