importing OUTLOOK 97 .PST files to OE 6?

I have a 200 Mb .pst (Outlook 97) file that I would like
to be able to use in Outlook Express 6. (due to hardware
change)

Cannot import .pst file, OE6 does not recognize file
format.

FYI -- OS is Win2K SP4

You'd need to have Outlook installed on the same computer as OE to do the
import.
