importing OE addy book

hi, i have been trying to find out if i can download my outlook express to
windows vista. ive tried, no luck. the computer i had it on is history, did
i have to download before it crashed, thanks

Outlook or Outlook Express? You aren't clear.
 
No, you can't use OE on Vista. Windows Mail is it's replacement, but
Windows Live Mail is newer & better.
