Importing Notes R5 Message

Hi All

Can anyone help? Looking to import old emails in to
outlook (2002) I have saved the info in to an *.nsf file,
in Notes R5, can this be imported in to outlook (2002) or
how do I do it??

In Notes the available exports are just "structured" text??

Any help would be appreciated!!

See if this KB article can help you. It is about a newer version of Notes
but it is still in nsf-format.
