How can I import all my email (.NSF file) from Lotus Notes R5 int.

Hi. I've been using Lotus Notes R5 (with Mail Database Rel 2.2). I am
trying to import all my email and contacts to Outlook 2003. Outlook 2003 can
only import Lotus Organizer 4.x and 5.x.

Can anyone provide me with information on how I can import my Lotus Notes R5
email into Outlook 2003?

Maybe there is a format or utility can can convert my Notes R5 email into a
format that can be imported to Outlook 2003.

Any help is appreciated.

What formats does your program support? If it can export to a .csv file or
a .txt format, you can import this type of file in Outlook.

Unless you have both Lotus Notes and Outlook running on the same PC, your
best bet is to buy some 3rd party software that transfers the Emails.

I forgot to mention that I have a Lotus Notes script that creates a .pst
file with contacts (but not Emails). I'll try to find a web address.
